Santeria Church of Olodumare · Proposed church
Every dollar publicly accounted for
Every dollar received, every dollar spent, and every remaining balance will be publicly accounted for. This is a founding commitment of the church project.
What the public record will show
The public record will show contributions, payment fees, purchases, suppliers, administrative expenses, approved compensation, reimbursements, and balances. Supporting receipts and invoices will be provided with necessary privacy redactions.
Administration, insurance, accounting, and maintenance may be necessary expenses. Each will be accounted for openly alongside devotional purchases and restoration work.
A regular reporting process
The planned monthly report will show what came in, what was spent, which purposes funds are restricted to, and what remains. It will identify its reporting period, preparer, and reviewer.
Pledges will be reported separately from money received. Estimates will be labeled. Corrections will be dated and explained. Restricted gifts will be tracked according to their accepted terms.
Privacy and recognition
Donors may remain anonymous. Private contact details, bank information, identity documents, and confidential religious matters will be protected. Donor names, dedication text, photographs, and named giving amounts will be published only with appropriate permission.
Current reporting status
Financial reporting procedures are being prepared. No reviewed financial report has been published through this section. This page does not display a fundraising total or certify the absence of transactions in other accounts.
