Membership and participation
A community where members can stay informed, contribute ideas, participate in devotional and educational life, and see how the institution is being developed.
The planned membership experience
Members will be offered orientation, daily church updates, a weekly member report, approved event announcements and broadcasts, member meetings, volunteer opportunities, and ways to submit ideas and events.
The proposed reporting structure draws on organized nonprofit membership practice, including clear leadership responsibilities and member participation. The church is independent of ICF and does not claim ICF affiliation.
Daily updates and weekly reports
Daily updates will cover confirmed activities, new calendar entries, approved broadcasts, released decisions, and changes or cancellations. The weekly report will explain completed work, appropriate board decisions, upcoming events, volunteer needs, member proposals, and links to financial records.
Members will be able to choose daily email, weekly email, both, or access through the planned member area without routine email. Event reminders will be a separate preference. These services and their delivery schedule are being prepared.
A voice in the community
The plan includes an annual member meeting and quarterly community forums. Members will be able to propose activities, ask questions, volunteer, and receive a recorded response to their proposals.
Community feedback will inform planning. Legal membership votes and board elections, where applicable, will follow the final governing documents. Community enrollment, donations, and event submissions do not automatically create a legal vote or board seat.
Participation and giving
Under the proposed policy, ordinary church membership will not require a donation. Any later dues proposal will explain the amount, benefits, access, and accounting before enrollment. No church dues schedule has been adopted.
Religious eligibility for a particular ceremony is separate from ordinary membership. Donations will not establish spiritual rank or guarantee initiation, a ceremony, or a religious outcome.
Current enrollment status
Church enrollment and member reporting are being prepared. Existing SanteriaReligion.com learning memberships, newsletter subscriptions, shop accounts, and service purchases do not automatically enroll anyone in this church project.
When enrollment opens, the process will explain the community covenant, privacy choices, communications, and available participation. Questions about the proposed community can be directed through the existing contact page.
