Member reports and public accountability
Members should know what is happening, what was decided, who is responsible, and how the church’s resources are being used.
Daily member updates
A dated update will cover confirmed activities, new or changed calendar entries, approved broadcasts, released decisions, and cancellations. A day without new activity will be reported honestly.
Weekly member report
The weekly report will explain completed work, appropriate board decisions and their reasons, next steps and responsible people, coming events, volunteer needs, and responses to member proposals. Financial references will link to the latest reviewed report; interim figures will be labeled provisional.
Monthly public financial report
The reviewed monthly report will account for receipts, purchases, suppliers, payment fees, operating and administrative costs, compensation, reimbursements, restricted balances, and outstanding commitments. It will identify the reporting period, preparer, reviewer, and corrections.
Supporting receipts and invoices will be published with necessary privacy redactions. Donor identities and private account details will be protected. The proposed deadline is the twentieth day of the following month, subject to adoption.
Quarterly and annual reporting
Quarterly reviews will cover participation, events, program outcomes, finances, restoration progress, and open issues. The annual member and stewardship report will review the year, governing roles and terms, member feedback, and the next annual plan.
Current reporting status
This page publishes the reporting plan. Daily and weekly distribution has not launched, and no reviewed church financial report is being presented here. No fundraising total or zero balance is claimed.
Published reports will show their actual period, status, and review record. Public financial documents and private member communications will be kept separate.
