Alternative Divination readings

Tarot and Lenormand questionnaires may include a preferred name, delivery preference, question, focus area, optional background, optional birth date and an optional relevant person’s first name. We use this information to prepare and support your reading. Spread photographs, recordings, written interpretations, clarification questions and responses form part of the reading record. Do not include unnecessary information about other people.

Private reading links are bearer access links: anyone you share your link with can access the reading. Keep the link confidential. Reading content and media are intended for fulfillment and authorized support. Payment-card data stays with Stripe. Transactional communications concern payment, intake, fulfillment and feedback; they do not enroll you in marketing.

Reading records may be retained for fulfillment, clarification, support, correction and payment reconciliation. A fixed deletion schedule has not yet been established. Contact contact@santeriareligion.com to request deletion, subject to accounting, dispute or other applicable obligations. Testimonials require a separate choice of first-name attribution, anonymous attribution or no publication. Private questions and internal notes are not testimonials. Reading content, birth dates and personal context must not be sent to analytics.

Information you submit

A religious-services request may include your name, email, telephone number, preferred contact method, general city and state, selected service, and the limited concern or questions you choose to share. Requests are stored in structured website storage for screening, payment status, scheduling, fulfillment, and support. A limited internal notification may also be transmitted to the site owner through an email delivery or form-notification service.

Share only what is necessary. Do not submit social security numbers, financial account details, passwords, medical records, private Itá, emergency information, or other highly sensitive records. Ordinary contact and newsletter forms may use FormSubmit, which operates under its own privacy and security practices.

Payments and product fulfillment

Eligible payments are completed on Stripe-hosted Checkout. SanteriaReligion.com does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe processes payment details and may provide the site owner with transaction identifiers, payment status, customer name, email, telephone number, shipping address, customer identifier, amount, currency, and refund status for administration, fulfillment, and reconciliation.

For My Ashe orders, contact and shipping details are used to confirm shipping or cold-shipping charges, preparation details, delivery, and support. Payment records are governed by Stripe's privacy and security practices as well as applicable financial and accounting requirements.

Course progress and certificates

The free course stores module-completion progress locally in your browser. No course account is created and the site does not receive your progress or certificate name. Clearing browser storage, changing browsers, or changing devices may erase that progress.

Member account and learning records

When member accounts open, the site may store a verified email address, optional display name, authentication-provider identifier, account language, membership roles, enrollments, lesson completion, assessment score, bookmarks, certificate history, entitlement status, account status, and limited security or administrative events. The general educational account does not request a birth date and does not use an age-verification field.

Clerk or the hosting platform authenticates the member. SanteriaReligion.com does not store the member’s Clerk password or receive ChatGPT conversations. Identity links are joined automatically only when a verified email address matches.

Education Membership billing

Stripe processes subscription checkout and the self-service billing portal. The site stores Stripe customer, Checkout Session, subscription, price, plan, status, renewal, cancellation, payment-grace, entitlement, and signed-webhook event identifiers needed to administer access. It does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Stripe automatic tax collection is disabled by owner decision unless a later published policy explicitly states otherwise.

Sensitive religious information

Private Itá, verification evidence, consultation documents, health details, ceremonial records, and other sensitive religious information must not be submitted through ordinary contact forms, general email, public URLs, analytics events, support logs, or the general AI tutor. Future sensitive workflows will remain unavailable until authenticated private storage, access logs, retention controls, deletion, scanning, and owner-approved QA are complete.

The Portal Letter

If you request The Portal Letter, your email address and consent response are sent through FormSubmit to contact@santeriareligion.com. They are used for educational and publishing updates. Subscription requests are presently reviewed and managed by the site owner; they are not sold or rented. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to a message or emailing contact@santeriareligion.com.

Website services

Hosting providers and embedded services may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser data, and request logs for security and delivery. Embedded YouTube videos are loaded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain where supported.

Contact and retention

Messages and service requests may be retained for correspondence, screening, payment reconciliation, scheduling, fulfillment, safety, accounting, correction, or support. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes. You may request deletion by emailing contact@santeriareligion.com, subject to legal, safety, accounting, dispute, or operational obligations.

Measurement and policy updates

Privacy-conscious measurement may be used to understand service-page views, non-sensitive button selections, form completion, and checkout completion. Analytics must not receive the concern text, Obí questions, contact details, private religious information, payment credentials, or other sensitive form contents. The published page will reflect material policy changes.
