Without prior written permission, visitors may not wholesale republish or resell substantial protected material; systematically scrape or bulk-extract the site; bulk copy or reproduce articles, lessons, or dossiers; upload substantial protected content to another publishing platform; redistribute the visual dossier collection; or use protected SanteriaReligion.com material to train, fine-tune, ground, populate, or systematically feed an external artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system where prohibited by these Terms. External services and purchases

Links to Amazon, YouTube, Stripe, and other services lead to third-party platforms governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Availability, pricing, editions, payment processing, and third-party fulfillment are controlled in part by those services.

My Ashe products are prepared to order. Shipping or cold-shipping charges are not included in the Stripe product price and are confirmed separately before fulfillment. Proprietary formulas and religious preparation methods are not published or transferred through a product purchase.

Course and certificate

The free course and certificate provide public religious education only. They do not confer initiation, ordination, practitioner certification, authority to divine, permission to perform ceremonies, eligibility to receive elekes, professional credentials, or membership in an ilé.

Member accounts and educational access

SanteriaReligion.com is operated by Keith Miller in Florida, USA. A member must provide and maintain an accurate verified email address, protect account access, and use only their own account. General educational membership does not request a date of birth or use an age-verification gate. Separate eligibility or consent safeguards may apply to future community, verification, or private-service workflows before those features launch.

Education Membership licenses access to protected educational materials for the active trial or paid entitlement period. Membership is personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable. It does not transfer ownership of any lesson, book, assessment, media, certificate, or underlying intellectual property.

Member content license and prohibited use

Members may study protected materials for their own personal education. Members may not repurpose, resell, scrape, systematically extract, reproduce, redistribute, publish, upload to another service, share account access, bypass access controls, or use protected material to train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, or populate an external artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without prior written permission.

Reasonable accessibility technologies and ordinary personal note-taking remain permitted. Technical controls deter copying and investigate misuse, but the site does not claim that screenshots or all unauthorized capture can be made impossible.

Membership enforcement and review

Access may be restricted for payment failure after the disclosed grace period, account compromise, scraping, redistribution, abuse, attempted circumvention, or a documented community violation. Permanent community sanctions require recorded human review and an appeal route. Protection measures and sanctions must be proportionate, reviewable, and compatible with legitimate accessibility needs.

Consultation, payment, and service requests

Price, format, service region, preparation, scheduling, cancellation terms, and any balance must be confirmed for the applicable service.

Stripe-hosted Checkout is used for eligible direct payments. Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, customized objects, and payment disputes are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy presented before checkout and by rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Religious consultations and spiritual preparations do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional services. Spiritual baths and candles are not represented as diagnosing, treating, preventing, or curing disease.

No religious guarantee

The site and any associated educational or consultation service do not promise spiritual, health, legal, relationship, financial, or future outcomes. Public pages do not authorize ceremonies, confirm initiation, assign a guardian Orisha, or guarantee the accuracy of unaffiliated third-party teachings.
