Community events and broadcasting
The church plans a shared calendar and a reviewed way for members and community organizers to bring approved events to the membership.
The events the community will share
The planned program includes crowning celebrations, drumming, community gatherings, educational sessions, and other celebrations. An event may receive a calendar listing, member announcement, live video or audio broadcast, or an approved recording.
Each listing will identify the host and the church’s actual role. Community events may be organized by other houses or hosts; inclusion will not imply that the church itself conducts every event.
A place to submit events
The planned submission process will request the organizer, event description, date, timezone, location or attendance instructions, intended audience, registration details, requested distribution, and the permissions needed for announcements or broadcasting.
Organizers will be able to request a calendar announcement, daily or weekly member notice, live broadcast, recording, or a combination. Submissions will be reviewed before scheduling. A request will not guarantee publication, production support, or approval of spending.
Respect for religious boundaries
The host and presiding religious leadership will decide which portions may be shared and with whom. Crowning celebrations and approved ceremonial portions may be considered; permission to transmit an entire crowning ceremony will never be assumed.
The producer will follow the approved scope. Restricted teachings and ceremonies will remain within the appropriate religious relationships. Viewing a broadcast does not confer initiation or complete a rite that requires ceremony and physical participation.
Live broadcasts and recordings
The church will confirm audience access, host and participant permissions, performer and media rights, recording choices, and production arrangements before announcing a broadcast. Permission for live transmission will be separate from replay, clips, download, and promotional reuse.
An event may be public, member-only, or restricted to a qualified invited audience. Access and attendance requirements will be stated clearly. A recording will be reviewed against its permissions before release.

The church calendar, submission portal, and broadcast services are being prepared. No confirmed church event schedule or live broadcast is being announced on this page. These features will be offered after their review, access, and production processes are ready.
