Start with what happened
Write down the experience plainly: what you noticed, when it happened, and what was happening around you. Then record possible meanings separately. A repeated image may feel significant; that feeling alone does not establish where it came from.
Keith’s manuscript discusses context, patterns and calibration in pp.202–204. This is a reflective method. Repetition, peaceful feelings or a particular time window are not tests that verify spirit communication.
Let time and conduct matter
Ask whether an interpretation encourages patience, compassion and proportionate action. Consider ordinary explanations and seek a second perspective before making a costly or life-changing decision. A claim that demands secrecy, isolation or immediate payment deserves questioning.
Dreams can be personally meaningful without being instructions. You do not have to act on every dream or impression, and nobody else's interpretation removes your responsibility for decisions affecting yourself or others.
Keep support available
Rest, ordinary routines and trusted relationships belong alongside reflection. If experiences become frightening or seriously disrupt sleep, safety or daily life, seek qualified professional support as well as any religious support you choose. This site does not diagnose either a spiritual cause or a health condition.
From Spiritual Evolution — Context before conclusions · pp.203–205
Miller asks readers to consider context and moral consistency, and warns about secrecy combined with payment and isolation. The same chapter assigns meanings to patterns and signs. This guide retains the reflective questions while distinguishing them from evidence: repetition, a candle flame or a feeling of certainty does not by itself confirm a spirit message.
