Original author prayer · Spiritual Evolution
Words for this moment
Divine Creator, Source of Life and Breath, I lift this body — Your temple — into Your light. Where there is pain, send comfort. Where there is weakness, send strength. Where there is illness, send renewal. Ancestors who endured and overcame, lend me your resilience and courage. Flow through my blood, my bones, my breath, restoring what has been broken, repairing what has been wounded. Spirit of Healing, pour Your balm upon me. Let each cell awaken to vitality. Let every organ return to harmony. Let my body remember its wholeness. I release fear and receive peace. I release despair and receive hope. I release sickness and receive restoration. May this prayer be medicine. May this light be treatment. May my healing be complete — in body, mind, and spirit. Amen. Ashe.
