Words for this moment

Divine Creator, Source of Light, I stand before You in awe of the blessings poured into my life. For protection unseen, for doors opened, for strength when I was weak — I give thanks. For the kindness of ancestors, for the guidance of spirits aligned with truth, For the abundance that flows, even when I do not see it at first — I give thanks. I do not take lightly what I have received. Let my gratitude be more than words — Let it be shown in how I live, how I love, how I serve. May this thanksgiving rise like incense, And may it be multiplied into blessings for others. For all that was, for all that is, and for all that is to come — I say with full heart: thank you. Amen. Asé.

A moment for reflection

Thank someone specifically or record a small act of care. Gratitude does not require denying pain.
