Reading and Cancellation Policy

Prices and delivery

Tarot and Lenormand are $29.95 each; the Grand Tableau 30-Day Reading is $49.95. Each is a one-time purchase. Turnaround starts after completed intake: 3 business days for Tarot or Lenormand and 5 for Grand Tableau.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact support if you wish to cancel before work begins. Duplicate payments, technical duplicate orders, an inability to fulfill the service, and a material delivery failure that cannot be corrected are grounds for a full refund after review. Personalized work that has already been performed or delivered is normally non-refundable; disagreement with an interpretation alone is not grounds for a refund. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Technical corrections

Broken files, unusable audio, missing photographs or an incorrect delivery will be reviewed for correction or redelivery. Please contact support with your order reference.

If your questionnaire is incomplete

Your reading waits for your completed questionnaire. Reminders are planned at 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days and 21 days. Untouched orders still awaiting intake after 30 days are reviewed for cancellation and refund; refunds require administrative processing.

Private access and clarification

Keep your access link private. One related clarification may be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. For access problems or deletion requests, contact support.
