Membership and billing policy.
This policy records the approved operational rules for Community Membership and Education Membership. Public paid enrollment remains disabled until premium-course and protection QA are approved. Operator: Keith Miller, Florida, USA.
Community Membership
Community Membership is free. It provides an authenticated learning record, bookmarks, account-language preference, and certificate history as features become available. The general educational account does not request a date of birth or use an age-verification gate.
Education Membership
Education Membership is $19 per month or $182.40 per year. The annual amount is 20% below twelve monthly payments. Both plans begin with seven days at no charge, with the first payment scheduled for day eight unless canceled before the Stripe-displayed trial deadline.
Tax setting
Stripe automatic tax collection is disabled by owner decision. This configuration does not determine whether the operator or a member has obligations under applicable tax law, and the site does not represent that question as legally resolved.
Cancellation and access
Members may cancel at any time through the authenticated billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal while preserving access through the paid period. A failed recurring payment receives a seven-day grace period, after which protected access locks until payment is corrected.
Refunds
Payments are not prorated or ordinarily refundable. Duplicate charges, technical billing errors, material failure to provide purchased access, and rights required by law are reviewed individually.
Protected-content license
Membership permits personal educational use only. Repurpose, resale, scraping, systematic extraction, redistribution, external publication, account sharing, circumvention, and use for external AI or machine-learning training are prohibited without prior written permission. Accessibility tools and ordinary personal notes remain permitted.
Enforcement and appeal
Accounts may be restricted for payment failure, compromise, scraping, redistribution, abuse, or attempted circumvention. Permanent community sanctions require recorded human review and an appeal route through contact@santeriareligion.com. The site uses deterrence and evidence controls but does not claim screenshots are impossible.
Review status
This policy is a best-effort owner-approved operational document and has not been reviewed by an attorney. It does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
