Religion is carried by people
An ilé is a religious house or community. Godparents and elders may guide learning, ceremony, obligations, and long-term formation within a lineage.
A healthy relationship is not created by urgency or fear. Before making commitments, ask about lineage, expectations, costs, preparation, aftercare, and how questions or disagreements are handled.
Authority and accountability
Respect for elders does not excuse manipulation, abuse, financial coercion, sexual pressure, isolation, or medical misinformation. Sacred privacy and accountability must exist together.
