Pre-launch policy

Community standards.

The community message board is not yet published. These standards define the owner-approved moderation boundary that must be implemented and tested before launch.

Respect and religious variation

Participate without harassment, threats, humiliation, discriminatory conduct, doxxing, coercion, or attacks based on lineage, house, initiation status, language, race, ethnicity, gender, disability, or other protected or personal characteristics. Responsible disagreement must acknowledge legitimate house and lineage variation.

Sacred privacy

Do not publish another person’s Itá, ceremonies, verification evidence, legal name, address, contact details, photographs, private messages, or other sensitive records without clear authorization. Community posts are not an Itá-document transport system.

Prohibited authority claims

Do not impersonate elders, invent ceremonial authority, use the platform to divine for others without an approved future workflow, guarantee religious outcomes, or pressure members into ceremonies, payments, relationships, or disclosure of private information.

Moderation

Automated systems may flag possible violations, but a human reviewer controls sanctions. Warnings, temporary restrictions, content removal, and suspensions must be recorded with a reason. Permanent sanctions require human review and an appeal route.

Appeals

A member may request review through contact@santeriareligion.com. Appeals should identify the account and challenged decision but must not attach private Itá or ceremonial records to general email.
